     4 : all busy counter (the number of times reached all agents busy during this session)
     5 : average ringing time before answer in seconds
     6 : average call service(duration) time in seconds by all agents in the group
     7 : total busy time in seconds of all agents in the group
     8 : number of current queued calls (calls are waiting to be answered now)
     9 : Current longest queued (wait) time
    10 : Average queued time
    11 : Longest queued (wait) time
